Horseback riding to the alpaca farm

From Otavalo we drive for twenty minutes to the community of Arrayanes. There the guide gives us some explanations and introduces us to the horses. After this begins the excursion through beautiful landscapes with views of the surrounding volcanoes. After about three hours of riding, we arrive at the alpaca farm in the community of Morochos where we receive an explanation about these animals and where we also have some time to rest. Then we start our return trip.
Duration: approximately 5 hours.
Included: English speaking local guide, transportation, horse and helmet.
Mandatory: sun protection, fleece or sweater, water (min. 1 liter), minimum experience with horses.
Recommended: camera, clothes that can get dirty and a snack.
