Termas de Papallacta is located at 3,250 meters above sea level in the province of Napo, just 65 km from Quito, in a strategic region that allows it to have privileged hot springs in the middle of the Antisana and Cayambe Andean volcanoes, located in the caldera of what was the Chacana volcano.

All rooms and cabins have private bathrooms, thermal floor heating and are distributed in 3 different areas where each one has exclusive thermal pool circuits for guests to enjoy a renewing experience. In addition, guests have included access to the spa pool area and a self-guided hike along the island’s ecological trail.
The SPA area can be visited during the day and also complement the lodging experience. It offers thermal pools with different types of hydromassage, through water jets, air bubbles or hydro jets; in the exclusive Thermal Club, an area of treatments related to health and beauty, you can opt for different types of hydrotherapies, massages, wraps and more, which together with the benefits of the thermal waters, complement a totally relaxing experience. The services of this area are not included in the lodging rate, but guests have a preferential rate for the use of the pools in this area and a discount on the spa treatment menu.
As for gastronomy, the different restaurants of the Resort offer delicious Ecuadorian dishes, as well as international food. You can opt for trout, a typical dish of the area, in various preparations, you will find healthy menus, snacks and vegetarian dishes prepared with fresh ingredients. A buffet breakfast is served daily.
